The living room on the upper floor have a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The Zermatt Budget Rooms are located in the lower floor of the Best Western Alpen Resort Hotels at the Spissstrasse 52. Despite being located in the lower floor, the rooms have large windows which flood the rooms with light. Smoking in the rooms is not allowed, but a balcony door can be opened.
